Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Rustique Linens. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

​

Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You can upload 2 clear images of the product to show it is in good condition and undamaged

Returns requested without valid images or beyond the 7-day window may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received back and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will reflect within 5–7 working days

We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfying.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to help if you need to cancel your order.

Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and would instead fall under our standard Returns Policy.

To be eligible for cancellation:

  • The order status must still be pending

  • You must submit a cancellation request as soon as possible

  • Please note: Once an order moves into the packing or dispatch phase, we are unable to process a cancellation.

 

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please fill out our Cancellation Request Form. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with an update on your request.

If your order is eligible, it will be cancelled and any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
